Dear Steve, Just a quick note to say thank you for everything you did to sell my parents home.
it is never easy losing the ones you love and it is even harder to let go of their possessions. But from the day I signed up with you I knew I was in good hands. Even though we only had the two offers, you and I were always on the same page when we were negotiating with the buyers. If I didn't understand the process you were always there to put it into simpler terms without making me feel stupid. Thank you for your patience when it came to my funny but inept abilities to scan and send documents back to you. Hopefully I will never have to do that again, but if I have to I think I can do it now, although I don't guarantee it. You are a great realtor Steve and the next time we have to deal with a realtor they will have a hard time to measure up to you.
